Why cant i download files?

And I checked, and it is enabled for downloads. Someone mentioned that it might be that there isn't enough space allocated for downloads but I'm not sure what that means.

The question has not been answered. It appears no problem with IE but only with Edge. For 2 days I was able to download then not again. IE, Firefox, Opera and chrome download why not Edge?
