I always use that feature on PS3, because it automatically downloads and install the games on the download process, and it turns off when it's done. Having that feature on Steam would help me a lot and i'm sure a lot of people, too , and it would also make the "Big Picture" feature a little more compelling.

I recently wanted to download a game and I had confiremd that after closing the computer and reopening it the download will resume from the time it had stopped but instead my whole progress went back to around MB again.
